House Keeper

Basic salary £7-9K plus benefits

This is a permanent part time role to be based on site in Manchester. A flexible approach to working hours is expected and some evening and weekend work will be required.

The key purpose of the role is to maintain the Company’s high standards of cleanliness in the communal and external areas of the site. The successful candidate will have UK based experience in similar roles, be presentable and have good communication skills.

 

Client Relationship Manager

Basic salary £30K plus Car Allowance and Commissions OTE £70K

This is a permanent, full time role, to be based both in the field and at our offices in Manchester and London. The successful candidate will have existing IFA contacts in either the North East, the Midlands, the South West or East Anglia. A flexible approach to working hours is expected and travelling will be expected, a full driving license is therefore essential.

Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will be part of a dynamic team, advising the financial community on the student accommodation sector and the diverse investment vehicles that enable investment into this sector. A background in financial services would clearly be an advantage but is not essential. Working to an achievable target, the role is based in the field calling on the IFA community and introducing Student Accommodation funds to the investment market. Mansion Group act as both property adviser and asset manager to these funds.

 

Hospitality Manager

Salary £25K to £30K plus benefits

This is a permanent, full time role, to be based on site, a flexible approach to working hours is expected and some evening and weekend work will be required.
The key purpose is to manage the Hospitality Team and provide a Hospitality Function that ensures excellent customer service and highest standards at all times.

 

Hospitality Assistant

Salary £15K to £22K plus benefits

This is a permanent, full time role, to be based on site, a flexible approach to working hours is expected and some evening and weekend work will be required.
The key purpose is to assist the Hospitality Manager to provide a Hospitality Function that ensures excellent customer service and highest standards at all times.
