MPM is a property management company with very experienced and qualified staff. We work to provide a comfortable and safe environment to students occupying our properties by deploying a range of in-house management skills in Facilities and Hospitality services. In addition, we have a significant number of Contractors, Suppliers and Consultant who work with us during the different phases from acquisition, construction to post completion.
We know that the growth of our asset values is directly related to how well we keep our costs low and ensure optimum performance of our assets. Excellent hospitality experience by our student clients requires efficient and functional properties they would want to return to year on year. Our approach is hands-on and we combine a technical awareness of our assets with an ability to listen to our clients to ensure we give them what they want and not what we think they need.
All our student accommodations are located close to Universities and essential amenities like shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, gyms and cinemas. Our residential properties have secured door entry systems, cctv coverage, efficient heating systems and are built to meet exacting building regulation details. We take maintenance seriously and seek to prevent faults through pro-active inspections and have a sophisticated system that allows us to promptly capture and share repair details with our authorised suppliers/contractors. Most of our properties have Living/Lounge areas for communal interaction in Cluster Flats as well as dedicated Laundry Facilities.
However, where we are different from our competitors is that we know that good accommodation management is a people business. Within our portfolio, in addition to our own staff, we also have working for us, Student Wardens who reside in our different accommodation halls and are constantly accessible to their student colleagues. These Wardens combine their efforts with our Hospitality Staff to enable us bridge the gap with our clients and facilitate interaction whenever required.
To us, it is simple – if we can keep our student clients happy in their residence, we can eliminate or minimise vacancies in the portfolio and therefore enhance the returns to Investors and Creditors.
