The delivery of a top quality service to our clients must be supported by excellent management of our properties. To successfully manage our growing portfolio of student residential accommodation, we have a team of very experienced and qualified people who possess a range of core competencies that include
• Facilities Management,
• Construction Management,
• Asset Management,
• Hospitality Service and
• Pastoral Care
From minor reactive repairs to major planned maintenance, we aim to exceed the expectations of our student customers and Investors. Our staff are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment to our student tenants and the delivery of a service experience that will ensure they come back to us year after year, whilst studying.
In order to provide an easy and efficient means for Investors to own a part of our growing portfolio, we have teamed up as Property Advisers to a company with expertise on Fund promotion (Dartmoor Capital Management Limited). The Student Fund has been established to give Investors the opportunity to invest, via a collective arrangement, in a portfolio of student accommodation. Hence, without having to acquire and manage any property directly, Investors can own shares in a Fund with a Student Only portfolio having tenancies with potential for income generation and capital growth. The Fund is a Guernsey-listed Open Ended Investment Company and you may click the icon below for more information on this:
“In the current uncertain economic times, the student accommodation sector is seen as a relatively stable and secure market for investors, due to the counter-cyclical nature of higher education (i.e more students entering education rather than the workforce). Demand consistently exceeds supply, as there is a shortage of quality student accommodation in city centres. Rental growth has consistently outperformed RPI over past the 20 years. No longer a niche property market, the sector is now recognised as an asset class in its own right, with over £700 million of transactions in 2006/2007” – King Sturge.
